Got the mecha testing and tuning done, and a big thanks to the player that spared me the need to make multiple testers! Admittedly they may have been nerfed a touch too far, but just like the first round we can figure that out as we go and they get used. Will be evaluating the skill rank requirement...

Tuned the damage dice on all melee weapon types pretty significantly upward.

Also implemented cover, which I don't think was touched on in this thread but came up within the context of giving melee some places where it shines - check out 'help cover' in-game.
